At Lumics and B.I.G. we are commited to help people in need.
Our regular „Day of Caring“ events involve employees with neighborhood projects and local social partners (e.g. childcare, refugee centers).
On a global level our group supports an international NGO in Africa for expanding educational offerings and infrastructure.

At Lumics we have colleagues from almost two dozen nationalities, and in our teams we master a dozen different languages.
