Responsible corporate governance is one of our top priorities at Lumics to ensure that our business activities are compliant with applicable regulations and laws but also with our corporate culture, and that we follow our guidelines for Social Responsibility and for Environmental Responsibility.

In order to minimize risks linked to our business activities we continuously monitor and document potential risks and set up comprehensive measures where needed.

We conduct regular trainings for our employees in compliance related topics as well as in our guidelines and platforms to ensure that we comply with applicable regulations, laws and rules at all times.

Code of Conduct

To comply with the law and our values that form the basis for the success of our company as a member of the BIG Group, we have created a “Code of Conduct”. Our Code of Conduct is not only about the laws that we must comply with every day, but also about the principles and values by which we want to live and to work, thus it serves as a guide to prevent undesirable practices. The ethical, honest, and responsible behavior that guides us as a company and group in support of our reputation also applies to our business partners, suppliers and third parties we are working with.

We have in place a reporting process in case of a breach or violation of personal data protection. This guarantees a fast response and ensures that the protection of personal data is restored as quickly as possible.

We have taken precautionary measures to safeguard the availability and confidentiality of information and to protect our company, our employees and our technology and products from cyber attacks.
